TBR OFFICIALLY TURNS 30

Every year with our November/December issue, we celebrate. Why? Because it means TBR has made it another year. The next issue you receive will have volume XXX on it, not for explicit content, but because we will be entering volume 30 of THE BARNES REVIEW’s publishing history.

Thirty years: I think that’s quite an accomplishment for a magazine that powerful and well-funded grievance groups have tried to gag since we started in 1994. Coincidentally, one of those organizations is mentioned in our lead story “1913: The Year That Sealed America’s Fate.” Granted, 1913 is not necessarily one of the years we immediately recognize as a watershed time in U.S. history. Years such as 1776, 1812, 1861, 1917 and 1944 steal all the headlines. Agreed, they do mark pivotal years in our national history, but, after you read that story by Marc Roland, you will have to admit that 1913 should be listed right up there with the most transformational years of our country’s history.

MIKE WALSH’S WITNESS TO HISTORY IS HERE!

Good news. TBR has rescued more books from the memory hole. (Turn to page 13 for a few of those.) Using donations made to OPERATION BOOK RESCUE (OBR), as promised, TBR can now announce that Mike Walsh’s masterpiece Witness to History: The Reich Legend Uncensored is back in a new edition and ready for sale. (See page 73.) We vow to save even more classic Revisionist books in the months and years ahead. All donations to TBR’s OPERATION BOOK RESCUE are reinvested in TBR’s new publishing division, which is dedicated to giving deplatformed authors a way to keep their books in print.

MASSIVE TBR BOOKLIST ENCLOSED!

With all the new books we are saving and printing, we had to expand TBR’s booklist by an additional eight pages. Along with scores of new books we are publishing ourselves, we continue to find great Revisionist books from other publishers who are also trying to counter the thought police. We have also expanded the DVD section of the catalog significantly. Note: Anything marked “new” in the enclosed 2023 catalog was not included in last year’s listings. Every purchase of a book from TBR helps us survive another year. We have also added a bonus for customers ordering $100, $200, $300, $400 or more in items from the catalog: “Bonus Bucks” gift certificates you can use like cash on future orders from TBR magazine or TBR BOOK CLUB.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS SO IMPORTANT

Please, please, please consider sending a friend a subscription to TBR’s print magazine (gift rate for six issues is $28 in the U.S.) or TBR’s electronic edition (TBR Online, six PDF issues, gift rate $18 anywhere in the world). Those low prices are made available for gift subscriptions because new subscribers are so important to TBR’s survival. See the back cover for more or see the full-color pages in the front of this issue.

PLEASE ORDER EARLY As TBR is now printing many of its own books, we are not quite as fast as the mega-printers just yet, and delivery times could extend to 30-45 days on some books. Your understanding is much appreciated. We suggest you order early and often to make sure your books arrive for holiday gift-giving. And please enjoy this issue! —PAUL ANGEL, Executive Editor

A JOURNAL OF POLITICALLY INCORRECT HISTORY

NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2023 ❖ VOLUME XXIX ❖ NUMBER 6

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1913: THE MOMENTOUS YEAR AMERICA’S FATE WAS SEALED

BY MARC ROLAND  Few history professors long dwell on the year 1913. After all, they say, not much happened. How wrong they are. That year the Federal Reserve Act was passed, the Anti-Defamation League was founded, the income tax was approved and senate races were put up for sale.

MAN IN THE IRON MASK REVEALED

BY MIKE MAINS  Everybody has heard of the infamous “Man in the Iron Mask,” the hero of the Alexandre Dumas novel of the same name. But few know this character was based upon a real prisoner whose identity King Louis XIV demanded remain a secret in perpetuity.

LYIN’ LYNDON: THE REAL LBJ

BY PAT SHANNAN  Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) is primarily know as the man who took over as president after the assassination of John F. Kennedy. He’s also the architect of the “Great Society.” What is less publicized is LBJ’s dark side, one filled with election-rigging and murder for hire.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN DALLAS?

BY JAMES FETZER, PH.D.  We know a lot more now than we knew in the 1960s about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. In this article, famed JFK scholar James Fetzer fills us in on the most important details of the assassination, including the factions involved in the conspiracy.

LEE & HARVEY: CONTROVERSIAL THEORY OF TWO OSWALDS REVISITED

BY PAT SHANNAN  TBR’s Pat Shannan has long been on the trail of the real killers of JFK. During his decades of research, he has discovered there were two men claiming to be Lee Harvey Oswald in the days and weeks before the shooting of Kennedy. Why were there two Oswalds? What are the implications? What evidence is there?

SUSPICIOUS DEATHS OF WITNESSES TO THE JFK ASSASSINATION

BY DONALD JEFFRIES  U.S. intelligence agencies have resorted to murder in the past to hide criminal conspiracies from the public. But just how many people would the FBI and CIA, for instance, kill to protect their secrets? Here, TBR explores the unusually high number of JFK murder witnesses who ended up dead— before getting the chance to tell their stories.

ROSE CHERAMI: THE MYSTERY WOMAN WHO TRIED TO SAVE JFK

BY DR. MICHAEL MARCADES  Few people know the name Rose Cherami, but this troubled woman tried to warn law enforcement officers that President John F. Kennedy was going to be killed in Dallas. How did she know? She had been traveling with several of the killers. But nobody would listen. Here is Rose’s story as told by her son.

THEORY OF MOSSAD LINK TO JFK ASSASSINATION GETS A BOOST

BY JOHN FRIEND  If you have been reading TBR for any length of time, then you are no doubt familiar with JFK assassination researcher Michael Collins Piper. Piper passed away in 2015, but he left many monumental history books behind as his legacy, one being his bestseller Final Judgment: The Missing Link in the JFK Assassination Conspiracy. In this two-volume work, Piper alleged Mossad involvement in the killing of Kennedy. Now, years later, new revelations have given his theory a major boost.

WHY WAS GEORGE PATTON STOPPED FROM CONQUERING EUROPE?

BY JOHN WEAR, J.D.  At the end of World War II, Gen. George Patton understood the threat the Soviet Union posed to Europe. He and his troops were thus primed and ready to invade, occupy and defend Eastern Europe from Stalin. So, why wouldn’t the U.S. High Command let him do it?
