TBR History Hour, Oct. 9, 2020 – Raphael Cruz

TBR History Hour with Dr. Ed DeVries

Our guest on today’s show is Pastor Raphael Cruz, the father of Texas Senator, and 2016 presidential candidate, Ted Cruz.

Raphael tells his story of fighting in the Cuban Revolution with Fidel Castro and then how and why he had to flee Cuba as communism took over the island nation.

Coming to Texas and then living in Canada and the United States, our guest has watched as the same Marxism, the same Communism, that ruined Cuba is rising here in the United States and Canada.

Fidel’s message was one of hope and change. Do those words sound familiar? Of course, that change comes through wealth redistribution.
