On this edition of TBR History Hour, we’re joined once again by Dr. Matthew Raphael Johnson, an independent historian and author who sits on the Board of Contributing Editors of The Barnes Review. Dr. Johnson is a regular contributor to the magazine and also hosts The Orthodox Nationalist podcast program on Radio Albion.
Dr. Johnson is back to discuss the recent sentencing of James Allchurch, a nationalist activist and podcast host who used the pseudonym Sven Longshanks when broadcasting, to a two-and-a-half-year prison sentence for “stirring up racial hatred.” Dr. Johnson is a close colleague and friend of Allchurch, who created and maintains Radio Albion where Dr. Johnson broadcasts his podcast program. The judge who sentenced Allchurch, a man named Huw Rees, has apparently let pedophiles and other criminals walk free, but has decided to sentence a podcaster and peaceful nationalist activist to over two years in prison for speaking words into a microphone. Consider making a donation to Allchurch’s official GiveSendGo campaign.
