In this week’s edition of TBR Radio Presents: The Dixie Heritage Hour Dr. Ed interviews Allen Armentrout.
Allen tells Dr. Ed about his trip to New Orleans to advocate for the preservation of Confederate monuments and how that trip inspired him to make the trip to Charlotesville.
What was it like for Allen to stand there, at attention, in Confederate uniform, saluting the Robert E. Lee monument for hours while Marxist protestors got in his face, assaulted him physically and verbally, spit on him and told him things he can’t repeat on the radio?
Allen also talks about his Confederate ancestors and his involvement as both a WBTS and WWII re-enactor.
